Andover Clinic:
From Hwy.
10, take Hanson Blvd. exit and travel north 3 miles.
Our clinic is located 1 block north of the intersection
of Hanson Blvd. and Bunker Lake Blvd.
Blaine (Clinic and Imaging Center):
From Hwy. 65 go East on 109th and travel approximately 1/4 of a mile. Our clinic is located just northeast of the intersection of 109th and Club West Parkway.
Brooklyn Park Clinic:
From I -694,
take 252 north to HWY 610 west. Exit Zane Avenue and
travel north to 101st Avenue.
From I -694,
take 169 north to HWY 610 east. Exit Zane Avenue and
travel north to 101st Avenue.
Columbia Heights Clinic:
From I -694,
take the Central Ave. Exit and travel south 2 miles.
Turn right onto 40th Ave. NE. Our clinic is located
on the northwest corner of Central Ave. and 40th Ave.
Fridley (Clinic and Office Building):
Clinic:
From I -694,
take University Ave. Exit and travel north 1 mile. Turn
right onto Mississippi Street. Travel 1 block to 5th
Street and turn right. Our clinic is located on the
right (6341 University Avenue NE).
Office Building:

Suite 100 - Bone Densitometry, OB/GYN, Urology, Rehab Center
Suite 200 - Administrative Offices
From 1-694,
take the University Ave. Exit and travel north 1 mile.
Turn right onto Mississippi Street. Travel 1 block to
5th Street and turn right. This building is located
on the right. (6401 University Avenue NE - Ob/Gyn,
Rehab Center, Urology, and Bone Densitometry are on
the first floor, Administration Offices are on the second
floor.)
