Park Medical Group's Department of Allergy provides
a wide range of allergy services, including immunotherapy
(allergy injections) at our Andover, Brooklyn Park and Fridley Clinics.
Allergy evaluation by an Allergist is provided
at our clinics in Andover, Blaine and Fridley.
We provide
evaluation and testing for patients of all ages
with allergic diseases or who have the following
symptoms:
Asthma
Nasal allergies
Seasonal allergies
Seasonal hay fever
Chronic sinusitis
Allergic eye disorders
Skin
disorders:
Infantile eczema
Allergic skin diseases
Rashes
Urticaria (hives)
Drug eruptions
Contact skin reactions, including chemical exposures
We
also treat:
Insect sting allergic reactions
Anaphylaxis
Food allergies
We schedule
"Methacholine Bronchial Challenge Tests" for diagnosis
of asthma, or exercise induced wheezing, and we
obtain "Pulmonary Function" evaluations for Obstructive
Pulmonary Disease.
We also
have an active asthma education department for
the benefit of the patients and their families.
